iv. Impersonates any person or entity, including Interface Counseling & Training staff or representatives

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any content that violates this User Agreement, is offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or infringes on third-party rights. You waive any claim against us arising from such removal.

h. Ownership of User-Generated Content

Content you post through public communication tools—provided it does not infringe on third-party rights—becomes the property of Interface Counseling & Training. By posting such content, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute it as we deem appropriate.

This does not apply to private information submitted during registration or through secure channels; such information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

i. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Interface Counseling & Training, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of this User Agreement or misuse of your account. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense of any claim subject to indemnification.

Limitation of Warranties

damages arising from your use of our website or Resources, including loss of data, access interruptions, modifications, or downtime.

Guarantee

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Interface Counseling & Training disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
